Growing up in Northern Michigan, Ed has been an outdoor enthusiast from an early age. Surrounded by water, fishing has driven his lifelong pursuits and as a fly fishing guide in Northern Michigan, Ed loves to share his passion for the sport.

As an avid angler, he loves to explore new water and push the boundaries of this piscatorial pursuits. He is also an accomplished fly tyer and fly designer always searching for the next best version from his vice.

Ed graduated from Michigan State University with degrees in Zoology and Fisheries and Wildlife. He is actively involved with water resource projects on his local watersheds and as a guide, dedicated angler, and resource steward, he is fortunate to be able to share his lifelong passion with his clients and create memories that last a lifetime.
