Hopper Juan is a full time fly fishing guide on the South Platte and Arkansas Rivers in Colorado. He has spent the last 6 years guiding full time, learning almost every inch of both rivers. Juan is also an accomplished fly tier and is well known for his small, technical flies used to fool the smart fish in Colorado tailwaters.

When not guiding and during the winters, Juan is tying flies at local fly fishing shows or tying demos. He is a pro team member of Loon Outdoors, Regal Fly Tying Vises, Semperfli Tying Materials, Daiichi Hooks and is a signature fly designer for Montana Fly Company.
