Captain Vaughn has been fly fishing since he could hold a rod. He grew up in South Africa fishing fresh and salt water for a variety of species, both on the fly and conventional.

He traveled around the world fly fishing and surfing before settling down in Huntington Beach, California. Vaughn has more than 30 years experience fly fishing and fine tuning local water for Calico Bass, bonito, tuna, dorado, white seabass, barracuda, and yellow tail.

Having spent so much time on the water, he is in touch with the tides and winds and trusts his instinct and experience to put anglers on the fish.
