I think the bobbin design is very good. I only have a couple concerns. The first is the bobbin is a little to long and I can’t find a threader that is long enough to thread the bobbin. Second I don’t think the bobbin is as smooth as it should be. It jumps a little when you pull thread off the thread bobbin through the ergo bobbin. The rite bobbin is a lot smoother.

I have many different types of bobbins, some I like, some I despise and some are just bobbins. Now this one with the adjustable drag I forget if I am tying a fly or on the lake fighting a big ole bass with my Quantum bait caster. I love the adjustable drag and it is so precise. Feels great in these old hands. Thank you

Well made, first nicely in my hand. Easier to switch materials and adjust tension. Will likely get a few more

Ergonomics are well achieved in these great tools. The shape works well for older hands that aren't quite as flexible as they used to be. The drag is smooth keeping good tension without breaking the thread. I will add more to my tying bench.

Very comfortable to tie with.
Good tension adjustment.
