Designed with tight spots, one loose fiber and perfect ties in mind, these scissors shine when there is little room to work and no margin for error. But the Precision Tip Scissors are too sturdy to be relegated to the #24 Parachute Adams; they'll hold up just fine as an everyday tool.
Great scissors, i really like the in close cutting I can do now.
Tight, sharp, dinky tips & perfect price. Work well for #20-26. The large grips allow me to keep the scissors on my third finger without setting on the bench.
These scissors have a very fine tip, perfect for snipping thread tags tight to the fly. Good weight and hand feel, they definitely belong on your tying bench.
I like the sharp points on the scissor tips and the handle fits my fat fingers.
These rounded out my Loon scissor arsenal. I also have the discontinued Micro Tip Arrow scissors and the 4" Razor scissors. I like these for general tying because I don't have to switch to anything else for fine tuning work or cutting small patches of deer hair from the hide. I haven't tried them for trimming/shaping deer hair bugs, but I think they'll work great for that. The tip is very fine and sharp, which is great. I think I finally have everything I need!
