Wouldn't mind so much if it went a long way, but tube of material hot gelled up and impossible to use after first use.

We had tested the strength of numerous knots with fluorocarbon, nylon and wire bite guards for many years at the Atlanta Fly Fishing School. While the knots are pulled and photographed at a constant rate, some knots will elongate and unravel if the tag end is a bit too short. When I tie critical knots ( typical of nail, perfection loops and slim beauty) I always use knot sense just to add assurance that the knot will not unravel. Great product.

I’m have always been confident in my knot ties but when it comes to your line to backing or backing to reel you have to think about the last time you checked them. Especially in saltwater. I now use knot sense on both those k it’s in order to give me added protection and not worrying about if the knot gonna hold when hook up with a Albie. It is a definite must for me to always have a tube in my pack.
