Drying time & compatabilty withadditional finishes & a question

Almost four decades @ the tying bench. Have used various solvent based head lacquers. Also experimented with an alcohol/water based head cement. Loon Water Based is indeed odourless & does turn clear when dry.
I've learned to control the application of LWB by using a needle nose squeeze bottle. Shaking LWB before use is very important.
Would like to know approximate drying time of LWB & what finishes adhere best to the dried cement surface?
I have tried Loon's UV Thin as a top coat. Looks great on salmon fly brooches but how well does it stay together on fishing flies?

Loon Head Cement = Snake Oil. Terrible product

This is not an adhesive or glue by any definition. White, milky-colored snake oil.

Loon W-B Head Cement

Some years ago i bought this WB Head Cement & found it to be wonderful. However, i bought a new bottle last year & found it to be terrible. The brush would clog up inside the bottle & the cement liquid was difficult to penetrate. I therefore accepted it as a possible bad batch. I now replaced this practically full bottle. I therefore purchased my 3rd bottle this yr & found basically the same problem. Secondly the apply brush in the bottle seems to get more & more sticky everday. To solve my problem now, I have to use a different glue i.e. superglue which is not ideal. ‼️PLEASE ADVISE. TWO BOTTLES DOWN THE DRAIN. VERY FRUSTRATING.

Doesn't work at all

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but this stuff is terrible. It beads up on the thread, doesn't penetrate, and doesn't seem very strong. Not sure why there are so many 5 stars on reviews that were negative.
