OCTOBER ALLY
The October Ally is an October Caddis-inspired swing fly for fall steelhead, blending classic Northern California influence with modern materials and movement.
THE WELTERWEIGHT
DESCRIPTION
Big flies don’t have to be hard to cast. This winter steelhead pattern uses a technique to remove the rabbit hide from crosscut rabbit strips to give this fly a nice profile and plenty of movement, without being too heavy to cast all day!
